The ICM Method
We offer a structured process that covers all stages of the project, from the initial analysis of the deposit right through to the system becoming fully operational. Nothing is left to chance: every step has a specific objective, a defined timeframe and measurable results. This means fewer unforeseen issues, more predictable costs and systems that work as they should from day one generating profit, not problems.
The foundation of every project.
Analysing deposits is a crucial step.
Designing without sound data on the material means relying on assumptions, which increases the risk of installing a system that is incorrectly sized, resulting in uncontrolled future running costs and performance that falls short of expectations.
Without reliable data, every decision is a guess.
It is important to carry out a preliminary analysis of the deposit that involves core sampling and chemical analyses in order to define the quarry’s ‘DNA’. This enables us to select the most suitable machinery and to size the system correctly from the outset, ensuring fixed costs and predictable results.
Designing for profit
Every tonne extracted must have a specific destination.
The aim of this phase is to transform the analysis of the deposit into an integrated system that maximises economic returns. We design controllable flows, true automation and engineered crushing solutions to reduce waste and optimise every tonne of extracted material.
The result: a system that operates with less friction and greater profit margins.
More consistent particle size distribution at the output, fewer unnecessary handling operations, greater flexibility in maintenance and production continuity that reduces operating costs over time. Once we have defined the optimal process, we turn it into a detailed design with speed and precision.
Fixed costs, quick turnaround
Speed and precision, the result of a tried-and-tested method.
Our speed during the engineering phase does not compromise accuracy – on the contrary, it is the result of standardised processes and advanced tools developed in-house. Thanks to our system configurator, we are able to design the entire quarry – not just the individual machines – and move from the design stage to the order specification in record time.
Fewer unforeseen issues on site, costs that are more in line with reality.
This approach enables us to provide a comprehensive technical proposal within a short timeframe, ensuring that the client receives more accurate cost estimates and a significant reduction in unforeseen issues during the implementation phase.
Fewer hours on site
Modular structures ready for assembly.
The aim of this phase is to drastically reduce installation times and costs on site. We use modular, bolted steel structures with pre-drilled components that are ready-made in the workshop. This system eliminates the need for on-site welding, thereby reducing risks and complexity.
Delivery to the building site within 90 days of the order being placed.
The benefit is a reduction in assembly times and a lower need for skilled labour, enabling production to start more quickly. Well-organised logistics ensure delivery to the building site 90 days after the order is placed. Thanks to proprietary software, a map is created of every single item in the site store, thereby reducing the time taken to locate items on site.
Maximum efficiency right from the start
From delivery to full operation, with no downtime.
We don’t just install the machines: we supply a complete production system, already calibrated to achieve maximum efficiency. Our service includes in-depth training for the client’s operators, making sure that the team is able to operate the system to the highest standard and maintain consistent and repeatable product quality and quantity over time.
Training begins before the test run.
Customers are provided with the system’s complete operating manual. Before commissioning, operational staff are invited to visit the system during the construction phase: familiarising themselves with every detail in advance reduces the learning curve and makes it easier to manage the system from day one. Once commissioning is complete, our qualified technicians work directly alongside the operators on site to provide final training.
Business continuity is guaranteed
Always by your side for maximum productivity.
Our commitment does not end with delivery. We guarantee ongoing after-sales support and a full supply of spare parts to keep the system running efficiently and operational in the long term.
Minimised downtime. A secure investment over time.
This approach protects the customers’ investments, minimising downtime and maximising the infrastructure’s lifespan and profitability. Furthermore, in the event of an emergency, our support service is always available.
