The Eco-Dem plant at the Bertacchina Quarry in Verona had to meet a specific requirement: to produce six distinct aggregate classes from alluvial material, with two different market destinations requiring different processing methods.

Wipptaler Bau – Vipiteno

250 t/h

The Vipiteno plant had to meet a specific operational requirement: to produce aggregates for two different end uses, concrete and asphalt, by processing three materials with very different characteristics: diabase, granite and limestone.

General Beton – Castion di Strada

600 t/h

The General Beton system represents a specific technical case, which is fairly common in the concrete aggregates sector: the production of certified aggregate classes from alluvial groundwater-derived material, with all the complexities that this entails.

Webuild Group – Dam in Tajikistan

The project in Tajikistan has one feature that sets it apart from all the other ICM case studies: the material to be processed does not come directly from a quarry designed by ICM, but is already excavated by another contractor. The ICM system is designed to take the raw alluvial material and process it to meet the technical specifications required for use in dam construction.
